Our beautiful villas are made from pure Niuean limestone which naturally regulates the temperature of the villas. Private car comes with each villa. 2 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Air Conditioned is available for really hot days. Electricity and hot water to run the villas are generated by photo voltaic solar located on the property.
